Tumbling Classes

Service Description

We offer various levels of tumbling ONLY at our LENA location. Our focus is flexibility and strength. Goals are set up for each level for our tumblers to achieve before advancing to the next level. We encourage our students to challenge themselves & to improve their flexibility & tumbling passes. Our primary focus is their safety & we want to help them accomplish advanced tumbling skills for their level while boosting their confidence. Some levels will have access to our rod mats, which help tumblers achieve more advanced skills. Tumbling Classes Offered: Beginner Level 1 (ages 3-4), Beginner Level 2 (ages 4-5), Intermediate Level 1 (already has backbends), Intermediate Level 2 (already has front/back walkovers), Advanced ( already has front & back passes - walkover, limber, arabian)
